Pause your game and enter in: X, Y, X(2), Y. Immediately click the left Analog-stick. This code can only be done once every 5 minutes.
Make sure the game is paused and enter: Y, Left, Y, Right, X. Then click the Right Analog-stick.
While you're at the Career Progress screen press the following buttons: Y, X, Y, X, X, and click the Left analog stick.
